The Alexander Technique

Life is a learning process. We are continually asked to meet the world head on, often without full access to resources we need.

The Alexander Technique helps us to recognise harmful patterns that get in our way. We learn to orient ourselves towards appropriate responses and away from unnecessary reactions. As we become aware of how stress affects us mentally and physically we can meet our challenges with balance and equilibrium.

The Technique allows us to function with ease, grace and vitality and provides numerous benefits in everyday life.
